Love these kits!
I absolutely love this kits! I buy them for an Elf on the Shelf prop (Do you wanna build a snowman?). The elves build a kit and leave one for each of my kids. Works out perfect. They clay is great to play with and mold – not sticky or messy! Great activity for small kiddos! (mine are 3 & 6).

Fun activity
The moldable snowman kit is a fantastic activity to do with kids, especially during the winter season!I bought this kit for my children, and it has been a hit. Literally the best craft

Such a fun craft to do together as a family!

We had so much fun with this “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” kit by Kangaroo. I am always looking for new and fun ideas that we can do together as a family that will get the kids off their electronics, and doing something creative. The kit comes with 3 tubs filled with what is needed to make 3 individual snowmen. There is the moldable foam putty which has little balls in it to give the appearance of snow, and then a little packet with 2 arms, 2 eyes, a carrot nose, and a mouth. We did have a little issue with one of the packets of putty (which you will see in my video) where the putty seems to have “melted” all over the wrapping it was in which made it a little hard to get out, but that could have to do with us living in Florida, and it sitting out in warm temperatures. We finally got it all out however, and then we were good to go. There also was quite a bit of goopy stuff in each package, but I am assuming that is what helps keep the putty moist in the container, and keeps it from drying out. We moved from Ohio to Florida about a year and a half ago, and while I don’t miss the snow a bit, I know my older kids do (my 2 year old has no clue what it is). So I thought it would be fun to build some snowmen together. They had a lot of fun making them, and it was a nice short little project we could do as a family. My 14 year old decided to put the arms on the snowman’s head to make it look like a reindeer, which I thought was funny, but that is the thing it allows them to use their imagination. You can either make the snowmen and then put the putty back in the containers to play with again, or leave them out and they will harden to be able to keep. I just think this is the cutest idea, and I love this kit. I would highly recommend it to anyone with kids looking for a fun craft to do together. *I received this snowman kit at a reduced price for testing purposes, and for an honest review. Not a bad product , Snowman putty
I can’t give a strong plus or minus rating because I am putting them in my nephews Easter basket, so they have not been tried yet. They look cute. Three individual containers, so that’s a plus. The only thing I am worried about is I opened the box to get a look at them, and despite being individually wrapped in cellophane, the lids were not on tightly. My hope is that they are not dried out or damaged by this, but I will not know until they are opened at Easter.

patty! This a really fun party activity for children at great niece’s 4th birthday. The children were ages 4 thru 10. They all enjoyed making the snowperson and taking them home.

SO cute!
I bought these as an activity to do for my kids’ Frozen themed birthday party and it was perfect. All of the kids loved molding the clay to make snowmen and putting on all the features. They came out looking so cute! My 2 year old was even able to get in on the fun too with a little help. I love that the clay wasn’t messy at all too.

These are awesome, especially as a stocking stuffer!
These were an amazing addition to our stockings this year. The kids loved molding them into different shaped snowmen. The texture is somewhere between Play-Doh and bubble gum with the softness of bubble gum but no stickiness. It’s easy to roll these into a ball or different shapes and then add the included snowmen accessories. They also can be reused, and we did so lots of times on the day that we opened them. We haven’t gotten them back out since then, so I can’t speak to longevity. If you’re getting this for kids, it has very small parts for the accessories, so be careful with young kids. But these were a hit with ours and we strongly recommend them to others! They will be hard to top next year!

Such a fun idea!
I purchased one for myself and one for my grandchildren who live in another state. We made snowmen together via video call and had a blast! Easy to use for 2 year olds and up. The quality was very good, the snow stuck well together when we made snowballs, it was entertaining to all ages and they turned out wonderful!

Travel toy
Bought these as a stocking stuffer for my toddler. He loved it! Loved that it wasn’t super sticky/gooey and didn’t make a mess. I always threw one of these in his backpack for church or the car to keep him entertained. Six months later, and he’s still playing with it!

So much fun
Bought these as a fun thing to do with the kids during holiday break. We absolutely loved these kits and will likely be buying them again so that we can create more snowmen to keep the fun going every year. The dough was very soft and extremely easy and fun to mold. It dries overnight and creates a fun keepsake or gift whichever you prefer.

Very small
It’s does come with three containers of snowman stuff, however they are very small. The containers are 3 inches diameter and an inch high. I think they will like making them, if not, I will post they’re experience!

I got this as a little Christmas craft to do with my 4 and 5 year old nephews and they totally loved it and had so much fun! Was definitely the highlight of their day.The white putty is pretty easy to mold. We used a toothpick in the middle to kinda stabilize the body. And we added some ribbon for little scarves. These snowmen are so cute and derpy looking. 😅 We are going to turn them into Christmas ornaments.

Fun find
I put one of these in stockings for some of my loved ones. They were huge hit! It was cute to give a container that had all the makings for a little snowman. The arms, eyes, nose…all the plastic pieces were strong and durable. The clay was also a nice alternative to snow! A fun find for young and old!

Kids (and adults!) loved these! Great tabletop toy, reusable if you put it all back in the included container. Once you are happy with your snowman, leave it out and it will harden up into a permanent figure. Performed/was much better than anticipated. Will buy again.

Great stocking stuffer
Bought these for our kids as a stocking stuffer. It was just another cheap purchase with low expectations but it was actually really cool. They had a good time putting it together and we let them dry and put a hook in the top so we can use them for future Christmas tree ornaments.

Could be a fun little stocking stuffer, but not nearly worth the price.
I bought a 3 pack of these for my niece as a Christmas gift. I looked at the pictures, and to be fair, I didn’t look closely at the weight and dimensions. When it arrived, I was very disappointed in just how tiny these sets are. Maybe if one were to combine all three, there might be enough dough to make a little snowman. It’s small enough that even though I paid $20 for the set, it still looks like something that might cost $5 at a dollar store. I felt compelled to go to Walmart right before Christmas (ughh) and find something else to include with this, so as to seem like I actually spent more than a few bucks on her present. I guess this sort of thing happens now and then when you try to do all of your shopping online. Just be warned, this is a very small play set. Most of the positive reviews are from when it was on sale for $10.

Cute idea but wouldn’t buy again
I think this idea is darling, but the dough isn’t very easy to work with. The snowman doesn’t stay standing once you build it which can cause frustration for little ones. It’s difficult to mold into a ball and pull apart. The snowman parts are cute so I’ll probably just keep them for white play-doh in the future.

Snowman
My kids loved these. They are like playdough or clay. You make the snowmen yourself and then it comes with little plastic pieces (Legs, arms, nose, eyes, etc). They are actually really cute, and you can re-create them and remake them over and over. I purchased these for my 4- & 9-year-old boys and I put them in their stockings. I would buy again!

So perfect! Great Christmas Eve craft!
My kids LOVED these. My husband works Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so I let them open one gift early to still have some Christmasy spirit while daddy is at work. The parts *are* small, and it does say ages 5+. That said, I had no problem sitting and supervising my children (6, 4, 2) playing with their snowmen kits. We also live in a very hot climate (no white Christmases here) so, it was fun for them to build snowmen in an unconventional way. The molding clay is very similar to the crayola air dry stuff but it was kind of sticky and hard to get out of the plastic. Once it was out it was perfect. I also loved that this came in a pack of three since I have three kids. Great value. Great gift. Happy kids = happy mom.

Make your own snowman!
This is a fun little activity to help kids learn to play with art and have some fun. The white is like flexible substance like putty but it doesn’t copy images. Cannot be used unsupervised with kids because it has small parts (carrot, eyes, mouth, arms or legs), that can easily be stuck up the nose or ingested! Otherwise, fun times.
