Children didn’t like the taste
I admit, I was puzzled that my grandkids did not like the chocolate. I’ve had Kinder chocolate for decades and always enjoyed it. Sadly, I had to take these off the hands of the ungrateful children! 🙂 I think part of the problem could be that there was almost no variation in the pieces from one day to the next. They probably were expecting something different each time. Will not purchase again, even though I am still enjoying the little chocolate eggs.

Amazing!
The chocolate was so good compared to the cheap $7 ones you can get. Every square had a chocolate that tasted amazing and two of them had bigger chocolates. Some of the other advent calendars have had problems like the doors wouldn’t open or the chocolate was moldy. There were absolutely no problems with this one, it worked perfectly.

Below average Advent calendar
This only had 2 real positives going for it. The first is that it’s a twin pack and the last being that the chocolate is good. Otherwise, the pieces are very small and all the same, minus one or two on random days. It’s more of a ho-hum countdown to Christmas without any fanfare, excitement or joy of discovery.

Read description
I had figured these would have hazelnuts and Nutella type fillings like Kinder eggs and other Kinder brand treats, but all 24 candies are chocolate with a milky filling. It’s the shape that is “assorted.” I likely wouldn’t have spent what I did if I’d realized that, but the recipients say they’re delicious anyway.

Great Value Nicely Packaged
I did not read the description fully when I ordered and thought I was ordering one for the price. What a surprise when I got them today and I had twice as many!! I thought the value was good for one and it’s great for 2! It came packaged in a heavily padded box with an ice pack in it!! Can you imagine for the price to have that much packing!! I have several friends from South Africa and they love Kinder chocolates. Its the right amount of chocolate for older clients. One piece is a treat. These are great for adults and seniors.

Best chocolate
When my kids were little I would bring them Kinder chocolate from Germany. It was always their favorite. My daughter was just in Barcelona on business and found these advent calendars and was going to purchase some to bring back. Imagine how shocked I was when I found the same calendar for less on Amazon. No, these aren’t the huge bars of the chocolate or the eggs, but you would be paying much more if they were. These give you a small taste of the chocolate you love every day. It is a great calendar.

Great tasting candy
Due to a mistake made by the USPS I thought my package was sent to another address in another state.I did contact the company. They responded quickly.They also knew what the problem was. Not what I was expecting…
Kinder makes a quality chocolate, that is considerably better than Russel or palmers. Even taking that into consideration, I’m still leaving 3 stars. All but 2 of the numbers have the exact same little chocolate eggs. It’s a milk chocolate egg, with an almost white chocolate type center, but not good white chocolate. Everyday my kids get one and are disappointed it’s yet another egg, and they suck off the thin outer layer of quality chocolate, then spit out the yucky center. I feel like kinder missed the mark. They could have put little toys in some of the slots, or eggs that are solid milk chocolate, or even dark chocolate, but they didn’t. No variety or surprise to look forward to, No toys, can you even call it kinder without little toys….

Treats are repetitive
It has only been 7 days, but both of my grandsons look forward to opening one of the doors each day and getting a treat. The treats are rather small and they are repetitive. It would have been better if there were more of a variety, such as some treats being a hard candy, some chocolate, some noughet, etc. I can’t say anything about the taste of the chocolate treats, they are small, but both grandsons like them and that is all that counts. I would recommend this count down calendar.

Taste good, but not much in there.
I got this for me and a friend in December. The taste was good, and my friend and i liked it. The only problem is that the chocolate is very small and doesn’t have much variety, but besides that it was great.

The Kinder chocolate eggs are delicious even in calendar format, but I felt a little let down when I see the same thing every day without much variation. It’s been a few days traight so far that the calendar gave the same type of chocolates. Hope there can be some variation next week.Don’t get me wrong though they’re still all very delicious!

Not the kinder eggs you buy in the store…. 2 Different Chocolate
Disappointed. There are only 2 different types of chocolates. The main one is a chocolate crème filled egg, which my kid does not like (they are the size of the little Easter egg chocolates) and the then there are only 2 bigger eggs and those might have the same weird filling haven’t gotten to them yet to figure it out. I thought when I got these they would be the kinder eggs, but they aren’t.

Best chocolates for the money
My kids love Kinder Chocolate (based in Italy). This is a fun treat to countdown Christmas. If you haven’t had Kinder before it is a very smooth chocolate. The “milk” filling is not goey like a Cadbury egg, it is a bit like almond bark but just a light taste

I would definitely not buy again, in the pack I only got eggs. I wanted a variety as I bought one like this last year that carried a bunch of the different types of chocolates they make. I should have read the description better.

Same candy almost every day
The one nice thing about this was that you get two. So it’s very reasonably priced. But my kids were bored with it not even half way through the calendar, because there were so many of the same candy. A tiny little egg. Overall I would not buy again.

Good for Countdown
The only complaint I have is that it was the same kinder chocolate egg for almost every window. I am guessing they were just trying to fit all the days in the spacing. I would have liked to have seen some more bigger pieces or different kinds of kinder. Very nice calendar otherwise.
