Long an pretty
This looks to be a good quality set of icicle lights. With 8 lighting modes, you should be able to find one you like – though be aware that some modes change after a few seconds, so just because you like the initial look doesn’t mean you will *continue* to like the effect. That said, always on is always an option, so one way or another you should be able to find something you like.Overall, if you are looking for some icicle lights for your lighting display, this set is well worth considering.

Good lights, good price
These lights work, and will provide an attractive alternative to traditional Xmas lights. Icicle lights are very useful for hanging lights from under your eaves. This way, you can install hanging nails underneath/behind, instead of in front of, your wood facia–and you can leave the nails in year round. This permanent installation method won’t work with traditional lights, as they’d be obscured from view. Icicle lights hang down, and are perfect for it. If you go this route, I’d suggest using 304 grade stainless steel nails; they’re a bit more expensive but they’re much more rust resistant. Under the eaves, they’ll last a lifetime.You get a long string of lights for a reasonable price. I’m sure it’s for the insurance/culpability reasons, but the instruction manual provides a distinct warning that the power adapter is not waterproof and should be protected from the rain. The adapter is stamped with an ETL cert for “raintight” outdoor use, though. It would have helped if the power adapter had an extra cord to connect to a outdoor power outlet (which gets crowded during holidays), but it will no doubt stick out because the two prongs are directly on the short end of the power adapter, rather near the top of the long end. I’m happy with these lights and would recommend.

Good product for outdoor displays. But the wires are so lightweight as to be a worry in a storm.
These are surprisingly bright for being LEDs (see first image). They will work well for most applications, but the little black box gets quite hot after I had them on for only four hours (the usual night length for holiday lights here).The brightness really doesn’t show up well in the photos, but they are bigger than fairy lights, if that helps. Definitely would work on an eave placement.

Nice looking but lose a star for not being waterproof
I like these lights, with the only downside being they are not truly waterproof. These are the multicolored which is always my favorite and they are more pastel colors. Plenty bright, and well constructed. The strings are well spaced. The description made them seem waterproof but the instructions say they are not and you need to have a covered outlet or use a plastic bag (not overly appealing as an option to me). This string is a shorter 30 ish foot but is perfect to add to my deck this coming season.The manual lists the 8 modes (pretty typical ones) that are changed with the press of a button. Also an easy built in timer for 6 on 18 off if you don’t have a separate one.If they’d been truly waterproof for outside, it’s an easy 5 star. More will be known once it’s actually winter, but these are a good addition

Very warm yellow

They’re very nice lights first off. Nicely made, not cheapies, not super light fly up into your gutter style fairy lights. They have a decent weight to them, and as standalones or if you get more than one strand they’ll look really warm yellow and great. They are a bit more yellow than generic warm white though, and don’t match any of my existing white lighting. Not a terrible problem to have, but will require some additional thought this Christmas while hanging the lights to try and give them their own space.

Pretty lights
I was surprised at how thin the wires are. I’d consider these “fairy” lights instead of the regular Christmas icicle lights from years past. They blow in the wind and there’s not much weight to them. It was easy to string them up outside around my house, they look pretty and they’re bright enough, but they’re more yellow, than the incandescent look I was going for.Overall, I feel that maybe if I doubled the strands it would look better, because they look a bit “sparse” in my opinion.

Terrible delivery!
My Amazon driver must have punted the box from the truck to my to step🙄😮💨. This occurs pretty often. The box was open on one end and smooshed on the other. The saving Grace was that it didn’t rain. I plan to use these on my back deck to make the backyard have some holiday spirit. From the appearance, these are slightly thinner than the icicle lights I’ve see in the past, but the bulbs are fairy style lights so it gives a whimsical appearance. Super excited to decorate my back garden area to give a full effect. (Note, I also have a mild obsession with lighting!). They can be set 8 seperate modes, have a timer and have a small junction box if you need to attach several strands. And finding FAIRY LED ICICLE lights for this price is a deal of a steal! Set your house apart this holiday with those lights. And don’t forget the sticky light attachment clips. Awesome!
Decided to go with warmer colors for Christmas this year and wanted icicle style lights for the front. To be honest was a little disappointed after opening these originally, they felt kinda cheap and the color was not what I expected. I wanted warm white similar to an incandescent light, these were almost yellow. It was a bit hard finding lights close to this shade to match for other areas of the house which was frustrating but I eventually found some. That being said when I got them up on the house I was thoroughly impressed! They look great, plenty bright and the color is fine when not next to other bright whites. What really does it for me was all the options as far as blinking, fading, alternating, twinkle etc. I love being able to change it up, gives it a different look. I got two sets and they hooked together fine, keep in mind these don’t have a standard plug at the end but the screw in connector to combine sets. It was easy enough and very secure once screwed in. Not sure how these will hold up over time or in the wind that our area has but as for now no complaints. Again I wish the color was a little more white but overall love these!

So many similar ones but this might be the best value
I hang lights similar to these on my fence each year for the Christmas season, and each year I buy 300 feet of them since they always tend to dim and the plastic gets a bit yellow after 2 months and are best if replaced.The available styles seem to change a bit each year but it’s always the same concept. These are the bigger conical lights which are a bit brighter than the smaller inverse conical ones that you’ll see on the ones with more lights per foot.The controllers are all interchangeable and can power 100 feet per controller, so you can do two strands connected end-to-end with this one. It remembers your setting when unplugged, which is essential if using it with an external timer. It has a built-in timer mode (6 hours on, 18 hours off) but I don’t use it.The documentation claims the controller is not waterproof, but in my experience they last just fine outdoors even though heavy rains. Presumably this will be the same as all the other nearly-identical controllers I’ve used in the past.The color is a very warm white; some “warm white” ones are a little whiter than this. It’s not far from yellow; I’d guess it’s around 2500 K.This 50 foot model is probably the best value, because the 33 foot ones are only slightly cheaper. Going forward I think I will buy 6 of these instead of 9 of the 33 foot ones, for the same overall length and number of lights but at a lower cost (and easier to install with fewer strands to daisy-chain).

lights all year round!
We don’t use these lights only for the holiday season. We have them up all the time. These are very nice warm lights that offer a relaxing ambience when we’re chilling in the backyard at night or while soaking in the hot tub. We don’t even turn on any other lights, these provide enough light where we don’t trip when walking, but the brightness is not jarring or painful to be around. We’re very happy with these lights.

Time for Icicles!
I was not able to stretch these lights out yet, but I did manage to get electricity to them and see the different light modes. They work just as the ad stated with the eight lighting modes. I have to admit that they appeared to be lighter, or I should say brighter than other lights that I have. I am getting these prepared to put up after Thanksgiving. We chose the multicolor option, and they did not disappoint. If you would like the icicle option, this is the right choice as they hang just as in the ad. Order now and get ready for the fun, Ho! Ho!

I bought the 164ft lights.First thing I noticed as soon as I connected them is that the power box is going to be awkwardly in front of my house and the extension cord is going to be Just dangling down in the middle, such an eye sore. They should include 2 power boxes or figure out a better connection to connect the two.

Great value for money
The lights work great. I ordered these to decorate around the house for Christmas that is coming soon. Each individual drop is pretty long. These lights are easy to unwrap and stretch out. Importantly, the product saves 90% on energy costs. The Fairy Lighs are easy and safe to use due to their low voltage. The lights are weather-resistant and will survive even harsh winter, ensuring long-term performance. I’m sure we will enjoy the Christmas lights for many years to come. These are good icicle lights for hanging around the edge of your roof. The drop strings are about 4 inches apart and vary from 3 lights to 6 lights long. They are white LED bulbs on white strings – the lights themselves are not replaceable. I already installed them and am happy with how they look!Recommended

Product came without any paperwork or instructions showing the rating, wattage, how many you can connect end-to-end, etc. Came on right away and they are super bright. With the super-bright LED’s, the colors come across as being a little white-washed but overall, I think they’re just fine. Took a star off because I feel that they could be a bit bolder on the colors and that it came with no manual/documentation.

Can’t wait to decorate
A couple of thing I like about these lights – they are very colorful (my first time with LED), love the hanging icicle effect, and the wires are basically clear – no green, brown or white – easy to hide no matter where you hare putting them. I like the options to change the lighting modes – can’t wait to play with that also. I plugged them in (have not hung them on the house yet, it is only September) and all lit up. The wires appear to be very flexible also, not stiff like the old lights. I am super excited to decorate the house this year! I would like to find these same lights in straight strand to put on my tree so the colors match in the front window. Fair price as well IMO

Great icycle lights
These are much finer than the old-school lights I’ve been using. They’re nice and bright and being smaller makes them easier to store. Super happy with them.The only downside is the lights aren’t tethered to the icicle strands–I used to have icicle lights where all the lights were tethered to the strands so all the lights on the strand pointed down rather than out.Not a complaint, just an observation. They all look the same when viewed from the street.

Good replacement string lights with a warm glow
I replaced some incandescent string lights we had on our back picture window with these. It’s important to me that lights like this have the sort of warm glow you’d get from old school lights. These do that, though they are a bit more yellow than I expected. The string is quite long, which worked well for me, and was easy to hang. There was one weird loop along the strand, but it was probably just an anomaly. It would drive OCD folks a little mad, though. LOL.

Arrived well packed and on time. Quality is good. Love that the cord is almost transparent like real icicles. The lights are a nice warm white. The gap between each dangle is larger then most. So I just put them in with my other icicle lights and now it’s a beautiful curtain. The 8 function mode is especially fun for these icicle lights. The look I did with adding to my existing ones by just adding right on top looks perfect with these shimmering and my others just steady on. The color matches well. The cord between the lights and plug is sufficient.

Yellow Lights
So don’t freak out when you open the box and the lights look like your standard white/bluish white icicle lights, because these babies are golden!It seems a little bit alarming at first, how yellow they are, but I think they will look really nice against my wrought iron fence and will fit in with the Victorian character of my historic street (as much as electric christmas lights can).They arrived in a bag inside of a box, they are a little difficult to unravel, so when I stow these away after Christmas, I will have to find some other way store them, a way that doesn’t look like I am recreating that Christmas Light knot scene in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation movie.The lights are an intense golden color, just like they appear in the pictures, I honestly thought those were photoshopped to look more yellow, but they aren’t, not even a tiny bit. My camera can’t seem to capture the intensity of this goldenrod light.They have a normal looking plug that doesn’t seem very weather proof and the cord is white, which clashes terribly with my black fence and the slate color of my outdoor stairs, but I still think it will look pretty nice and warm and Christmas’y.

These lights work well and are good and bright. All 8 modes work nicely and you can tell the difference between them. There is a timer function- long press the button on the adapter for 2 seconds and the green light will come on. The lights will stay on for 6 hours and go off for 18. The adapter/ power plug is NOT water proof and will need to be protected from the elements. Also, to turn the lights off, you must unplug them. There is no on/ off switch or remote.

Perfect!
We wanted warm holiday lighting for the house and these are perfect! They have a baby yellow warm tint. The set is 33 feet long and the icicle effects are about 4″ apart from one another. The lights are staged at 6 lights, then 4 lights, and finally 3 lights. This design gives it a lovely effect. I like that the lights are connected with transparent wires and the tubing is heat shrinked, further offering weather protection.This set is preprogrammed to stay on for 6 hours and then remain off for 18 hours, so you don’t have to worry about turning the lights on and off. One thing I noticed is that there are no replacement bulbs enclosed, so I don’t know if one LED goes out that the lights won’t work. Just will have to wait and see. I can’t wait to get these lights up on the house for the coming holiday. I am pleased with them. Thank you!

Brilliant Colors Compared to the Old Style
Such an upgrade to my older green-wire style bulbs in my older set of icicle lights! I am slowly transitioning all my Christmas lights over to LEDs, and I am impressed yet again by how much more brilliant these are. I was worried that with the icicle-style, the LEDs would be too clumped together and hurt your eyes to look at, but these manage to bright, but just far enough apart on the string that they don’t blur together. The string wiring itself feels thick enough to withstand the steady winter wind beating that will smack them against the gutters, and the power connection is the same style as my other new sets, so I can run them all together.I ordered and compared 4 similar sets of LED string lights, and they all appear to be of the same build quality, so I will also leave my review there as well, as my reviews of those side by side are equal in opinion.

Nice quality christmas lights
These lights are nice and bright. I like the colors and they seem to hang down fairly straight. I’ve had other icicle lights where they bunched up and didn’t want to hang straight down, but these don’t do that. The remote has several different setting options for how they light up, with some of the options being quick flashes and strobing. I don’t plan on using any of those but just having them light up steady will be nice for the holidays.

They’re cool to the touch and save on energy. I ordered the warm white, which has a nice bright glow. 8 lighting modes and a memory function, which my last year’s lights don’t have. Now I don’t have to have separate timers for my lights, and that to me is a major plus!Excellent quality and value!

50,000 hours of Christmas Glow to these lights
The first thing you notice about these lights is the small size to them. They are like fairy lights. The Icicle lights of the past took up so much space. This is 33 feet and lots of tiny lights that pack a big punch. The strands are on white wire and the wire is pliable and not stiff like the past lights. I remember I would struggle so much trying to get the lights to hang down and not swing sideways. The other thing you notice right away is there are a lot of lights. There are 75 drops and 33 feet of lights. Each strand has about 4 lights, so you get about 325 lights. I bought a connecting set so I can cover our front. The lights do have a “warm glow” to them and they don’t flicker like older LED lights. The warm glow has a little bit of a goldish cast to it. I think it will look nice at night. The manufacturer says you can connect up to 3 strands or 99 feet.They are cool to the touch when lit as that is what you expect with low voltage lighting.There are 8 different modes to choose from and you can set a timer. It’s nice to have all the lights doing the same thing and not one strand blinking and the other on chasing mode.It will be great to be able to eliminate the bulk of our Christmas light boxes and condense the size. Not sure what happens when one bulb goes out as you can’t change bulbs on this. Hopefully the current continues!

Tiny candle shaped bulbs
This is a nice set of lights. There are several modes available so you can choose depending if you like flashing patterns or more serene fading. It is a warm white but very bright.

Festive Backyard Icicle Lights
I set up the QUHUATU 494 LED Christmas Icicle Lights in my backyard, and they look great. The 50 feet of lights covered the entire area I wanted, creating a nice, bright display. The quality seems good, and they really add a festive touch.

33 feet of warm white LED icicle lights
Here are the basics on these lights.Color – Warm White (yellow tint)There are 325 lights in about 33 feet. The ‘icicle’ strands are spaced about 4 inches apart and the strands alternate between 6 lights, 4 lights and 3 lights.They are IP44 rated which makes them pretty much rain proof.The lights interconnect with a coaxial connector to the AC adapter.This string of lights is extendable to 3 strings or 975 lights over 99 feet per the manufacturer.The lights are connected to clear wires and sealed with heat shrink tubing.The wiring is softer and more flexible than many older lights.An AC adapter plugs into a standard 120 Volt AC outlet and provides 29 volts DC to power the lights. The adapter has a single, water tight button that lights up green when held for 2 seconds. The green light indicates a 6 hour on and 18 hour off cycle is active. A momentary press of the same button will cycle the lights through 8 different flashing patterns. The adapter remembers the last setting and resumes if the power is interrupted.The ProsWell made design. Most issues with older style lights are the plug in bulbs/connectors and the several mechanical parts involved. These lights are less apt to have connection issues since they are permanently connected and sealed in heat shrink tubing. The softer, more flexible wires should be more forgiving and less likely to stress light connections.The coaxial screw connectors should provide a high-level water protection.There are no replaceable fuses built in to protect against accidental shock. The power unit is ETL certified meaning it is short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, overload and overtemperature, protected. The lights run on about 30 volt DC.The ConsI do not know what happens if a LED fails. I do not know if the entire string dies. If so, your only option is to trash the string. Individual LED lights are NOT replaceable. However, as already noted, the construction makes them more robust and less likely to fail.The coaxial connectors mean you will have to use similar lights to extend the strings. I have some confidence that similar constructed light strings will work together on the same AC adapter as long as the total number of recommended lights is not exceeded. I would check with the manufacturer to make sure.

Built to last
I’m a Christmas lights enthusiast, as you can see from the photo, and have been slowly but surely swapping out my old school incandescent lights with these fairy string lights little by little over the years. This year, I decided to fully swap over to these new fairy lights as they are so much better!They are indoor/outdoor, tough, and hold up to rain and freezing temperatures. I’m in Virginia, so the winters are relatively mild, your milage may vary based on how harsh your winters get.I love that you can connect several sets of these together, which makes it much easier, and they are so much better on conserving electricity than the old style incandescent bulbs.I am picky about traditional Christmas colors and can report that these fairy bulbs recreate the same traditional Christmas colors I know and love. There are multiple modes that can be selected with the press of a button, and best of all the whole string doesn’t go out if a bulb fails (I haven’t had one fail yet-these are built to last)No loose connections like the old style incandescents, everything is built-in. No weak points for failure. They also don’t snag and get caught on branches and things like the incandescents do. There are so many postivies that I wish I swapped them all out years ago for these great Christmas fairy lights.

Really bright and colorful. 8 modes with timer function.
These icicle lights are super bright and colorful. I tested them when I received them and really look forward to putting them up. They plug into a standard outlet or extension cord via an AC adapter box. The box has a button on it to control the various functions. I will verify the length when I put them up and stretch them out. Good value for the money.

Good looking lights

Still in negotiation about when I’m able to hang them, regardless these are very good lights. I wanted to get a review up before people started buying Christmas lights, cuz these are some pretty good lights. I’ve left them plugged in for a couple hours and I haven’t had anything wrong, and I’ve looked at every ball but I don’t see one out. And if you look at the picture they’ve actually got cute little light diffusers on them. The color is great, and just pushing a button and not having to use a remote is a plus for me. Definitely a goodbye, and I would buy it again.

Bright and linkable
These are very cute icicle drops with micro-leds. They are not classic fairy lights that I think of that look like little water drops. These are actual bulbs but about half the size of the small LED string lights. Despite the size, they are super bright and there are several different programs to click and choose from v(flashing, dimming, running, always on, etc). There are a lot of LEDs and lots of coverage. The strings are linkable and use the screw on links rather than tandem outlet plugs so they are better protected from the weather. Highly recommended.

Pretty
I’m all about the multicolored lights this year, and I haven’t had them in years on the outside. This year I’m doing the whole house and a detached garage (it looked pretty bare our first year, so hopefully this helps) and so far it is looking great. Sure it’s too early to turn them on, but the weather here is turning quick, so I want to be sure the lights get up there before the yucky weather starts. I did test them a couple times, and they are looking great. They’ve already survived their first snow too. Works great, looks great.

Xmas Time
We are very excited to use this string lights for our balcony for the holidays to come. We love the universal color lights as it can really be used for any holiday or event. I love the length of it 33′ as this will allow for me to cover the whole area. We love the look of the icicles and the feel it gives when hung up high. The Warm White is my favorite color and tone, so I love the option they give. 325 LED Lights which is nice so it is energy efficient which helps due to the amount of lights and length. Indoor/Outdoor which is cool and 8 modes to change the variances of the light on. Flicking, steady, smooth etc. It also has a timer which is perfection, so we can set it at night and have it come off in the day if need or only on for a few hours in the evening. It has 75 drops, meaning the icle hangs and can add I believe 3 more sets if you need more length. So you could do a large home roof easily. Nice! We have a smaller space and would only require one set, but I love the amount of drops as it won’t look so sparse. 50,000 hours of use, and the bulbs are cool to the touch due to them being LED. We are so excited to be able to set these up and decorate for the Christmas holiday.
