I love the design of this pillow cover but the quality is disappointing. It seems cheaply made, the color doesn’t seem like a true red, and the measurement was a bit shorter in the width. My insert just would NOT go inside. I didn’t even bother with the hassle of returning it. Instead, it went straight into the donation box.

Very festive!
I didn’t want to have to buy all new pillows for Christmas decorations, and I had this size of pillow to just put covers on, so I bought these. They’re very cute and very durable – just know that they are not soft. They’re almost kind of a burlap-Tweed type material, but they’re very attractive.

Not exactly as pictured
Ordered the bright red pillow cover but when it arrived it was a rusty red. The pillow cover on top was from the product listing and the bottom pillow cover is what I received. The material is a sort of burlap fabric craftsmanship is good. I needed the bright red so I returned the cover and gave three stars because the color was not even close.

Not cotton, not linen.
I specifically searched for and thought I had found cotton pillow covers. This product is described as cotton, and also cotton linen. It is neither. It is 100% polyester and feels like plastic. The words are also basically printed on, as if both the color and the words were printed on an ink-jet printer. Definitely would not recommend for indoor use. Might be good for outside because it’s plastic and might be able to withstand weather.

Looks pretty but
My initial reaction when opening the package and I wasn’t super impressed with the material but then I stuffed a pillow in it and it looked really pretty. The bright Red color is super pretty . When I went to remove the inside pillow and the zipper immediately broke . Not well made . It’s stiff so I thought if I wash it would soften up a bit but I didn’t get a chance to wash it. When I initially put my pillow inside, the zipper gave me a hard time from the start . Although it’s pretty when it has a pillow in it but I don’t recommend removing the pillow once it’s in.

Looks on the cheap side
I was looking for a nice throw pillow for my bed and I was disappointed when I received it. First, be aware that this is just a cover and you’ll need to buy the pillow insert for it. That was my fault for not reading the description correctly. Second, it is just a linen cover that is screen printed and completely flat. It looks like embroidery, but it is just a flat picture of embroidery on it. This makes the cover look cheap in my opinion. Third, it is folded and has deep creases that don’t completely iron out. I returned it.

The Print is awful and the feel is bad.
This looks like it was printed on a home computer. The text is skewed and it looks so cheap. The feel of this fabric is not one you want to feel on a PILLOW. It’s hard and scratchy. The wrinkles are so deep and the material so rigid that it’s hard to get the case to look nice at all.I do not recommend this product

On the website, the words on the Merry Christmas pillow cover appear to be embroidered onto the pillow, but in fact they are not…just an inexpensive printed outdoor linen fabric. I decided to keep it, but it’s overpriced & I’m disappointed!

Love these pillow covers
I follow a couple of Amazon influencers/designers on Instagram and they recommend to buy covers for existing pillows to switch it up. Love to easily switch out an existing pillow to a holiday pillow. Very good quality material and zipper. Nice to not store so many pillows.

NOT a true deep red!
The pillow size and quality/sturdiness are on point! Nice crisp lettering – very nice. However, the color is NOT a vibrant deep red, it is more faded and a bit orange-y. In the description photos, look carefully at the material in the zipper photos, that material is the same material used for the red portion of the pillow. In my attached photo I have placed the pillow case (straight out of the Amazon bag) against an old red shirt that’s been washed many times over a 5 year period, so you can actually see the pillow case is NOT a vibrant deep red. This is not a keeper.
