Very bright, but looked funky
The snowflake light was very bright and crisp, which we loved! BUT, the overall picture was funky. It didn’t look seamless. It projected kind of square and bunched vs spread out (no matter how far back we placed it). We had it projecting onto our garage so it was easy to see imperfections. When projected on the house it looked fine, but on a blank canvas (garage, flat wall, etc) it looks a little weird.OH!!! And while turning the projector to get the right angle, it just snapped off!! I am not a strong lady and was not putting hardly any pressure on it and when turned too far it will just snap. So, that was a little garbage 🤷

First of all these are pretty good exactly what I wanted. It’s great if you’re just planning to do one wall if you’re planning to do your whole room then you’re gonna need at least another order.I’m not too sure about the adhesive because a lot of people who took them off said that it ripped paint off so I’m kinda iffy about that(but I don’t see me taking these off anytime soon) but I guess use at your own risk lol. Then I read that one side works and not the other for some people. It happened to me when I first installed them BUT make sure you’re connecting arrows to arrows and connect one side to another when you plug in if it doesn’t seem to work out for you, just mess around a bit and it will! I promise I did it and they work perfectly fine! I guess the only negative about this is that the 2 end connections you get you won’t get a “seamless one strip that doesn’t cut off” (check the picture that I have to understand what I mean) so if your kinda OCD about that then I guess keep that in mind.

Nice snowflake projector
We are happy with this – does exactly what we hoped. Could perhaps still be a little brighter as the house we project on is tan but no complaints. The pattern is very nice, with snow flakes coming from several directions, some slower, some faster, some small, some large. Seems to be reasonably well made and has a good connector.

Bright crisp snowflakes!
I placed the projector to the side of the driveway about 15ft from garage doors. The 3 yr old is 38 inches tall so the snowflakes are quite tall and would fill even more space if I move the projector back more! Great product! Crisp white snowflakes with a variety of shapes, easy to put the stake/stand on the projector. Already ordered 2 more for other walls on the house and one for my mothers house.

these lights maybe a little bit over priced and i wish i bought 2 of them when the price was lower, and i thought the strips were black. Now that’s out the way, these lights are perfect for any type of room setting, great settings and the music mode works nicely. The app can use alot of work, and i Mean A LOT OF WORK, but it gets the job done, if you prefer a remote, i suggest you have the antenna in a high leveled position so the remote can activate the lights from pretty much any angle. For a small room i suggest buying 2-3 of these, only so you can get necessary parts of the room that you want more than what you need. 2/3s of my room is good from one pack so a second one isn’t going to hurt. The set up is self explanatory, and if you’re not good with tech this would be a two man job depending on how high your ceiling is or wherever you want to put it. The adhesive is strong so don’t remove the tab unless you’re sure that you want it there because the adhesive can pull the paint right off the walls. This product is very dope and i do recommend this.

Great value!
I had these installed in minutes. I did break one strip when I went to move my desk back to the wall, but was ok as it comes as a pair. I was able to salvage the broken one and connect it to the working one with the supplied connectors. The remote is great, bigger than most rgb led products. You cannot have the two strips be different colors with just the one supplied hub and splitter. However, the colors are decently accurate and bright. I did not use the app as it is a chinese app and requires your location. The music function was great for my toddler but in practical use it would only be great for a rave. I leave it set to a static color and couldn’t be happier.Pros:Plenty of lengthComes as a pairSimple to install, adhesive holds great!Remote is bigger than most with better buttons (sounds petty but the cheaper remotes are garbage)Good brightness and led densityCame with extra adhesive strips and hooks (something you don’t see with many led products at this price)Cons:A bit fragile (mainly my fault)Can’t control the strips individuallyDO NOT USE THE APP!

Nice value
I was pretty pleasantly surprised when I received these to find that they are actually made out of very decent materials. The silicone coating over the LED’s themselves is thick and rubbery, allowing for moderate/heavy bending and flexing. I read one review that said after about an hour, they had become dangerously hot however, I leave mine on for 8-10 hours a day and can’t even feel a physical difference in temperature. I also wanted to add in that the silicone coating will tear if you try and secure these at a very sharp bend for an extended amount of time, but that’s expected in my opinion. I also thought it would be worth mentioning that the app works actually extremely well, despite being sort of poorly thought out. Another thing I discovered is that these work great inside of a computer case if you have 12v 4 pin addressable RGB header. I can even confirm that they work flawlessly with ASUS Aura right off the motherboard header! Overall, I ended up buying way more than I thought I needed but I’m glad I did because now I have plenty for my TV and my gaming PC setup.

The glue strip is amazing.
I am reviewing for the glue strip alone. In 2015 led strips had terrible stick on. I am using this for bar liquor displays. So built our of wood and painted. And it glued really nice. Almost hard to pull off once set. But they do pull off with a tug. Back in 2015 i had to use zip ties and a glue gun. Btw. A glue gun really works to reinforce. I have to round so tight corners so i bend some 180 degree angles. And so it can stick as its up in the air. So i use a glue gun for that. If not. It would be great. Colors are good. We use a dmx light board.I “scoff” at people who use a remote. (Condescending mid evil king Henry the eighth laugh here:). So i cant speak to that.My only super minor concern is i am looking for lights with twice as many led lights. And cant seem to find them. My fault. But they are great for applications.

They are long enough to go around our entire house + some. You don’t need to worry about buying multiple sets of lights to the the job done. One and done and it’s wonderful! The settings on the plug are easy access and make it that much easier to use. Definitely recommend!

They are great, just not the way I intended
These lights are wonderful and well made, however, I do have a few problems with them. There are only compatible with lotus lantern and nothing else. I would be able to deal with this but I can’t control them from a central hub such as smart life or even google assistant. To top it off, the microphone sensing doesn’t have the ability to be programmed to follow the bass versus the treble. They are very bright and easily light up my room so the dimming ability its a huge help so I’m not blinded while gaming. Finally, my last concern was the fact that you can’t directly connect your Bluetooth device to the lights nor can you connect it to a computer should you want to go that route. I am very pleased with the quality however, it just didn’t suit the ideals I had for what I intended for them.

Awesome color and design options!
Used lights to outline my balcony at my apt and removed my old white solar lights. Loved this because I can get creative with color and motion.Not thrilled with the remote as you need to practically be on top of it and in front for it to respond. The saving grace is using the app to select color and auto on and off. If app is unresponsive comments say refresh which does work. Also look at picture to install. There are no detailed written instructions and if not done correctly both will not light up only one. Tip make sure both are lit then remove adhesive and adhere to object. You won’t get a second chance these things really stick so great for outdoors. Also I wrapped my connections to remove in plastic to prevent water from getting in there and also because connection to white controller isn’t terribly secure.

I bought these for outside of our mobile home. They went up easily and the app makes using them a breeze. Just keep in mind that the power module and control box are NOT waterproof so need to be protected from the elements or lights will not last!These are BY FAR the best set of outdoor lights we have had and can be set to automatically turn on and off as well as many other functions by day if desired. Also have Bluetooth and are reactive to music either on your phone or by microphone! All for a relatively low price! Thank you for a great product. This is the first time we have bought these but the third time we have had to order lights in the last five years due to lack of knowledge about weather hardiness. We were told the other sets were waterproof but now know the strips are but the controls box must be protected!

These are worth the buy!
First off, my favorite thing about these is the adhesive that comes with it as well as on it. They stay up beautifully and I used the adhesive to fix another set I bought on amazon that had fallen off, in addition to that, the adhesive makes for a clean removal without any leftovers. Second off they look beautiful hands down. They are vibrant and the settings on the app make it so much fun, however I would recommend the app because the remote it came with had limited functions and I actually threw them out. Third off, they do peel easily enough for connectivity, I didn’t have the tools needed to connect them in place however I was able to get them to connect together (two different brands actually) Fourth off if you want the best bang for your buck, this brand is it! I found that I got a bit more product in this than the other brand I bought and on top of that it was a bit cheaper. Overall I will likely be buying more of these lights for my brothers room and I will recommend this brand to my friends and family.

Imma write an honest review. The length is about one wall for my room. Which is perfectly fine i’m not very picky. The adhesive is REALLY sticky it will rip off your paint. (The reviews say to use a blow dryer to remove) Connecting the leds was really easy and at most for me took 20-35 mins to install everything. Plug it to the wall connect one led then the other and that’s it. The only downfall is there’s a little black thing that connects both of the leds together and it’s noticeable from the ceiling it’s not bad just sorta annoying. Connecting to the app had a bit of an issue but all i needed to do was unplug the power and plug it back to the wall and it worked. Otherwise the remote works well so does the app the lights and bright and perfect. Hope this review helped!

Simple, and easy to “install”

Update 5/11/21After mild usage the LED have completely lost power and are unable to turn on anymore. I installed these in around December 2019 So they have gotten their use, but I turned them on only for like 2-3 hours. Other problems with them over time is that I noticed they dont have a true white color, its RGB so you have to customize the RGB values to get what your eyes consider is a true white color. I have taken off two stars for just not being able to last as long as what other LED products I have in my house. I have LED light bulbs that are older than this.First thing I want to say is make sure the arrows are pointing at each other, very crucial that you make sure the arrows are pointing at each other I didnt do this at first and was disappointed, but I checked the amazon page and read that the arrows are supposed to be pointing at each other. Other than that its great, works well, the bluetooth works well, I know these are for outdoors, but I like them for indoors I feel safer with the silicone strip over the LED light strips the colours are nice and good too. The Adhesion is very strong, I do recommend you clean and dry the surface you are sticking the led lights to. I also really really love the colour changing lights with the music youre playing. I hope they add spotify in the future.

Great lights! My TV remote give the lights a mind of their own.
These lights were better than I expected in some ways and surprised me in other. First the lights are everything I needed. I wanted an android controlled set of strip lights with sound sensitive functionality. I initially used these to make an led Christmas tree that reacted to Christmas carols playing from a home mini. I used a wemo plug to turn on the lights when I told Google to “activate christmas”. Google played techno Christmas music and the lights turned on and defaulted to their last setting which was sound sensitive lighting. The mini would be playing techno music and the lights would display colors all over the place to a rhythm. The kids loved it. The lights themselves do not interface with Google assistant or Alexa they just have a app on your Android or iOS phone that will allow them to do everything that the remote control does and a little bit more. After Christmas was done I decided to set the lights up in a room in the basement and they provide adequate enough light for that room since it’s mostly used for watching TV or playing video games. However I noticed that my Samsung TV remote control adversely affects the lights. When I turn the remote control for the TV on or off it turns off the LED lights and turns on their sound sensitive function the only way to correct this is to turn off the sound sensitive functions from the LED light strip controller or from my Android phone. but then the next time I hit the power button on the Samsung remote it turns back on the sound sensitive functions so that’s a little frustrating and I wish there was a way around it. Other buttons on the remote also cycle functions on the lights. It is especially crazy if you are endlessly cycling thru Netflix for something to watch, the room keeps flashing different colors until you finally settle. The only way around it that I found so far is to control my TV through my Android phone so that the IR emitter on the TV remote doesn’t screw up the LED light strip. I do wish the lights were just a little bit brighter but I’m not really going to complain they light up a room just fine for a dark basement and really what more are you expecting? Comprable products from name-brand manufacturers are four times as much as this, and I just needed something to make a Christmas tree idea work.

Video is me outside, at night-time recording the lights in our daughters bedroom. They are on the walls where the ceiling meets. They aren’t on her window or anywhere near the window, that’s just how bright they are on the brightest setting. Adhesive isn’t the best after first use & both boxes we purchased didn’t come with any remote so we only have operated them with the Lotos App which is inconvenient because it requires Bluetooth capabilities to work. I’d be more willing to increase my stars had BOTH boxes I ordered, included remotes like advertised. One box (roll) doesn’t give much square footage, hence why we needed 2 boxes to do a small bedroom. Price is honestly higher then others and for less quantity. $83 for two rolls of these isn’t something I feel is a good deal..however it was for her 11th birthday and had the quickest shipping, so I justified the cost.

Great buy
Bought these for my 17 year old and he loves them. He’s had them in his room running across the top of the wall up against the ceiling. They have been up since 2019 and they have not fallen off that I know of since then. Sometimes I think he’s got a dance club in there from all the different lighting options this has. ***Update—-While these were great for my son when we moved and had to take these down they ripped off the pieces of the wall and we had putty and fix those places. So even though they are great for the lighting he wanted they were terrible at having to remove them.

Just what I wanted
I was able to connect 3 sets on one controller and it worked great. We have a 38′ motorhome and the 3 sets covered it all the way around. I attached the power supply and controller with Velcro so I can remove them when driving. The adhesive strip on the light strips is adequate, one of the three sets had a stronger adhesive strip, the included extra adhesive strips are good but not long enough for the light strips.I will use the screw in holders, sold separately, to attach the light strips to be sure they stay attached.I’m not interested in the lighting effects or music mode and there are way more color combinations than I would be interested in. As it states in the directions, you need to make sure that the dots/marks line up when connecting the light strips or they won’t work.Overall I am very satisfied with these lights and they are what I wanted.

The power block will melt if left on for more than a few hours!!
The lights can not stay on for long, they heat the power block on the cord up excessively and my maintenance guys accidentally left them on for a few hours and the power block melted so the cord didn’t work at all anymore! I had used these for 2 years in two different apartments, the first time I put them up I put painter’s tape so the adhesive wasn’t directly on the wall which worked great but the second year I put them directly on the wall and it ripped off layers of the paint if the adhesive even came off the wall at all. Some stuck to the led strip and some stuck to the wall so the strip was completely ruined if I wanted to try and use them again. I guess they were good while they lasted…

I feel robbed. So disappointed. Do not buy.
I would like to start off by saying I purchased these LED lights earlier this year. I did not want to install the LED lights until I had a fresh paint job. My initial reaction when opening the box was concern, it appeared that the LED strips had been previously used and opened. I assumed I must have received a package someone had previously returned. I did not have an issue with that as long as the LED strips worked. I checked to see if both LED strip films worked, which they did. I then proceeded to carefully install the lights around my room. I plugged in the LED lights. To my dismay only 1/3 of the LED strip worked. I then noticed that the first three lights on the LED strip were a different color from the rest. For example, when setting the lights to red the first 3 lights remained blue. I also noticed that when setting the lights to blue, blue did not work at all; only on the first three lights. I noticed that on the remote when pressing purple the lights turned red. When pressing orange the lights would turn green. I downloaded the app, the only colors that worked on the app were red and green. These indications lead me to believe the LED lights I received came in damaged, and tampered with. I proceeded to remove the LED strip from my walls however, when removing the LED strip it peeled the brand new paint job my Father had worked on all morning. Now to think, my LED lights were a fail & my paint job is ruined. I purchased these LED lights as recommendation from my boyfriend. He had absolutely no issues installing the LED lights. I am not even mad, I’m just really disappointed and sad at this point. I really looked forward to setting a new vibe in my room & it has totally been ruined. I expect the company to reach out, I would definitely like to speak to a Rep.

These lights are still going strong and working perfect! They’ve stayed in 90 percent humidity since I bought them. Works as great as day one! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Amazing price and Amazing quality!Just received this product today. Very easy setup and the adhesive attached great! Love the extra support clips that came with it as well! I purchased this to be used in my Brazilian Rainbow Boas vivarium. Really adds an amazing accent light to it. By themselves they are pretty bright. The white could be a bit brighter but they look amazing. Love that its waterproof due to the high humidity in the enclosure. The remote works great and the whole kit is very impressive for the price! The pictures are the basic colors WITH my plant led grow bulbs but there are plenty colors in between to choose from. I’ll update in a few weeks to show how its held up!

Great Lighting Solution for Wall Art

I’m an aspiring artist and was looking for a strip lighting solution to a recent project. After shopping around I found these lights were the way to go. Infinite colors, dimming, strobe, fade and on/off schedule were what I was looking for and I wasn’t disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised how bright these lights were and actually dimmed them so they wouldn’t wash out my art. These lights adhered to the painted wood surface very well, without requiring any extra adhesive. Also, while mounting the lighting I inadvertently stepped on the lighting strip, scuffing and squashing a small area. Thinking I had damaged the LEDs, I plugged the strip in to find all was in order: these lights are built to last and were roughly handled for about two hours during mounting. I plan on buying more of these lights for other projects.

I really looked forward to the Bluetooth on these lights, my phone’s Bluetooth works great with my speaker and the lights simultaneously.I have Apple Music, Spotifyand YouTube..Only Apple Music will work guys!!these lights connect to the music on your phone playing, as well as your Bluetooth speaker.I’m disappointed in the lack of application choices you can stream with because I really wanted these for YouTube and Spotify,OVERALL I’m enjoying the lights and application with my Apple Music on the iPhone 6 S plus.The colors are great and vibrant,strobe warning if you have seizures please use precaution.I LOVE THIS PURCHASE, thank you for all the people working hard for us over in the USA, this is a product of China and the smell of my package is concerning for the condition the workers are in making these products…

Not true RGB color
Got these for Christmas decorating, and overall they are ok, but the color is poor and they are really not that bright. I have purchased other brands which have performed very well, but these Gusodor strips don’t do well.Color: the Gusodor strips do not represent a good RGB color. White is more of a blue, yellow is more green and pink is actually more of an orange. Additionally they are not bright at all, providing more of a night light effect than anything brighter.I purchased several boxes of these and all perform the same with the exception of 1 box that had no red color, only a purple when it should be red.Overall, I found a $5 box of RGB light strips from Walmart actually work better, better color and brighter than the Gusodor strips.

I really didn’t feel like dragging out the Christmas lights and staple gun this year….so I though what the heck..let me try these lights. Well, let me tell you they were beyond easy to install and they lit up my house like I have never seen before. Loved that I could change colors with a remote from solid to multi. I installed in November and here comes February and they are still up! haha….and out of sight. the slim led adhesive strip cannot be seen like other lights. Also bought a set for my son. He decked out his bedroom and uses the remote on his phone and the lights can even keep the beat of whatever music is playing. He’s always indifferent about stuff but was executed about these lights

HAVE A SECOND PAIR OF HANDS, and no 90deg angles.
The hang up process was a nightmare. Took me about an hour because the strips kept falling. I couldn’t understand why glue dots were included until I was hanging them, as I had to use one every 6 inches or so. The material is also more like rope light, instead of the paper thin strips I’m used to, so I was unable to make a right angle to transition from vertical to horizontal, leaving me with a weird bow at the corner of my room. Also the app you find via QR code absolutely does not work, even on the App Store they barely have and seemingly legit 5-star ratings.I do love how dim they can get to serve as a very nice ambient light, and most of the functions of the lights themselves are very nice! I like the colors and the “modes” you can choose. (I do wish all colors were their own button though, instead of cycling through with “color” button) I also like you can add to the end of a strand vs making both sets come from the little hub that the first strand plugs into.

AMAZING!! Totally worth it.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!! I was a little sketched out about how cheap these are but they are absolutely amazing and I have been wanting them for a long time! Super cute, super easy to install. Just make sure you plan out how you want to put them before you start or else it’ll be a struggle. Also there’s no extra connection at the end of the strips so you’ll just have to stick the ends together or buy another set. I bought two and I had the connections go in opposite directions. One starts behind my TV the other starts behind my bed. I thought I was gonna have to use both remotes for the strands but one remote works for both which is fantastic!! The colors are vivid and beautiful! Totally worth it! Totally gonna buy more later on. Fantastic product!!

Sometimes your colors won’t work or match.
I’ve purchased so far 12 boxes the reason I gave 4 ⭐️ is because the last two boxes I received I put them up in my grandson’s room he loves the color red well what do you know the red does not work. Went through all this trouble putting them up and the color he wanted doesn’t even work it was very disappointing. I added a new lone the the existing ones and when I go to put them into one solid color the new one does not match the rest I was able to get it to green but the other colors don’t match.

Check the distance for snowflakes being projected out
Beautiful snowflake and perfect exterior decoration for Christmas. One thing I personally did not check for is how much distance these snowflakes cover. I wish I would’ve gotten 1-2 more.

Get a bang for your buck!
After reading the reviews I was very hesitant, but there was a sale so I went for it and I can say I don’t regret it. First things first, when you open the box you are greeted with the smell of manufacturing and it’s honestly a very overpowering smell but luckily that smell isn’t attached to the lights, only the interior of the box. The adhesive is genuinely really good in my opinion. It’s strong, but it’s not super strong to pull the paint off my walls or frames as I have mine on the lower frames of my room. I haven’t had any problems with them falling off and they’re easily adjustable for me, they stick on and just as easily are able to be pulled off to be readjusted. Even if the adhesive wasn’t wrong enough, there’s balloon glue to add extra strength included. The instructions are fairly simple to follow and the app is easy to use, the music feature is a confusing though because it’ll flash even if there is no music playing so it’s a little hard to notice at first that it is actually moving to the beat but either way it’s substantial. I like the fact that you can change the brightness and that you can time it. I also enjoy the fact that you can change the speed of how fast the lights transition when you have it on auto. Overall, I genuinely have no issues with the lights contrary to some others who had problems. I don’t use mine 24/7 I only use them at night when it gets dark and I set it to turn off at 6am when the sun is up to try and conserve them in case they run out of juice. But definitely recommend because for $27 it covers a lot of area and both reels are easy to connect together.

The Bluetooth Feature is Fun! Highly recommend pulse set.
They are exactly what tr they advertise. The remote is very nice,, has a little heft to it and isn’t super thin.The bluetooth works perfectly. It does allow you to play your music and directly pulses to it. No mic used on the light module. Your phone mic will be used. Pretty cool actually.Highly recommend.These use the 5050 connection method so you should be able to swap a older or different light module to be able to use those lights with these features.If you have chase style module you switch to this one and you will have pulse not chase modes.I have tried on my older lights that chase and they pulse with this. They are 5050 style/type.You get 2 16.4 ft light strands Each strand has 150 lights. You can use one or both.120volt to 12volt power brick that plugs into the module.The 3M tape used is NOT going to hold by itself. Either use better double stick tape. Or use plastic clips to hold the strands where you want.If using tape – make sure you clean the surface by dusting it off and then a lightly damp cloth NOT wet and wipe down the area. If the area is bare metal or wood rubbing alcohol works wonders to clean off to remove any material to prevent great adhesion.If placing around the edge of a room I would use flat molding/trim to mount the lights to and screw in the the trim pieces where you want.They do sell LED light strand tracks or raceways to keep it all neat and easy to install.Tape alone for the most part will fail in time. I suggest using a second method to also keep your light display looking sweet.

I liked having these light images on my house. What I was disappointed in was the use of the remote. Couldn’t get it to work from an extra extension cord. So I was able to use the timer function. But I’m happy with the display.

Festive light display
I haven’t been able to get the remote linked up with the laser projector. Fortunately the since I have the projector on a timer with other lights, it turns on and off with them. I have the unit pointed up into a tree so that it appears that the branches are twinkling in a never ending pattern.

Overheats causing failure
These lights worked pretty good for about the first month. I used them to border a wooden sign I made, and they’ve been used every night for about 8hrs over the past month.They were working good, and then today I found a 2ft section in a piece about 4ft long was out. It was completely out (not just a loss of one of the primary colors, RGB) so I knew it was probably a loss of the +12v power. I took a look right where the section went from working to not and found signs of overheating. These lights come in long strands, but every so often the sections are soldered together. The soldering is basically connecting two printed circuits to create the longer sections. What happened was the strip got hot enough to heat the solder up enough to allow the two joined strips to separate. In addition it began to melt the waterproof silicone coating in that area, creating holes and exposing the soldered joints. I looked over the rest of the lights and found signs of the same thing happening at the other soldered connections. The solder at those points haven’t let go (YET), but they have started melting the waterproof coating.Luckily I can solder, so I’ll try to repair this, but this is obviously a design flaw, and a serious one at that. I use this on the exterior of a building where it’s surrounded by masonry, but if someone were using this inside it could definitely create a fire hazard. I’m pretty disappointed overall and would not recommend these. If I think of it I’ll try to update this with some pictures when I go to fix it.Update:After soldering the broken connection and resealing with some silicone, the lights have been working good for about 6 months. However, now the remote just stopped working. Tried changing the batteries with no luck. I just contacted the seller to see if they will replace the remote, it’s only about 8 months old.

Great lights
I used these in a number of rooms. They work great, easy to install. Remote works well. I’m still trying to figure out how to control them individually with one app. The app works but I can’t select the other two light controllers. It locks on one of the three I use. Not a huge deal for me. Otherwise they are recommended

Best for small areas
I was hoping to use this to cover a portion of my roof but was very blurry. The snowflkes were clearer for a relative small portion of the front of my house.
